Jason Williams
Head of Creative Excellence (APAC & MEA), Publicis Groupe Jason is the Head of Creative Excellence at Publicis Groupe, APAC, tasked with elevating the creative output of the Groupe’s most significant clients across the region. He was previously Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett Australia, where he led the agency with an entrepreneurial culture and progressive creativity. Passionate about business transformation and design thinking, Jason enjoys helping brands navigate the ever-changing communications landscape. Under his leadership, Leo Burnett Australia had an enviable new business record, and is now one of the world's most creative agencies, delivering highly acclaimed projects like One House, Reword, #MyFamilyCan, BYO Cup Day, and many more. In 2023, Jason has already gained significant recognition winning multiple Spikes GP’s, Cannes Lions, D&AD and Clio awards. Passionate about nurturing future leaders, Jason founded the YoungGuns International Advertising Award, a festival designed to foster young creative talent. Recognised globally for celebrating under-30 creative leaders and influencers, YoungGuns pioneered the "youth award show" format. I then moved to Bates France where I worked on Amnesty International, Seat, Georgia Pacific and Pfizer. At the time, CB News ranked me amongst the best French copywriters. My work has been recognised in every major international creative and effectiveness shows and won top awards several time over, on almost every continents and in all categories from digital, press and film to activation, mobile and direct. Cannes Gold Lions, Grand Clio Awards, OneShow Gold pencils, D&AD pencils, New York Festival Golds, EFFIE awards and many others. I joined Memac Ogilvy as Creative Director to develop an office in Tunis contributing to implement new capabilities, and helping grow and drive Memac Ogilvy Tunis to the top 10 EMEA agencies according to the Big Won 2012. After Europe and Africa, I started working in Asia with Ogilvy Singapore where I have been in charge of global and regional accounts. From Allianz to Philips, Unilever to Mondelez and Coca-Cola, I have been instrumental in delivering award winning work on almost all the brands I have been involved in. Since 2020, I am Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy Singapore. And in 2022, I have been named South East Asia Creative Person of the Year by Campaign Asia. |

Creative Solutionist / Founder of 2kg / CCO of Paulus / International Board of Directors of One Club for Creativity Thomas Hongtack Kim is a Creative Solutionist and founder of ‘2kg’, Creative Solution Lab and also CCO of Paulus, Meta Creative Collective. Among other things, as International Board of Directors of One Club for Creativity, he joins TOCC's significant projects to keep the creative spirit alive. Before this, he has worked for Cheil Worldwide as an Executive Creative Director of Creative Innovation Group. Having worked in Korea, New York, Beijing, and Shanghai Thomas has dealt with a wide array of clients including Samsung Mobile. His speciality is architecting the digital, social, and CSR platforms to create the practical solution as well as launching an ad campaign. Recent years he has focused on solving the social problems such as ‘environment’, ‘equality for gender and education’, ‘hunger and poverty’ and etc, and has built a new ecosystem of helping each other using blokchain. That’s why he has worked with UN’s Organization, NGOs, Government, University, and some Blockchain Companies these days. For this reason, he was invited to a judge and mentor 'Cannes Chimera', a project created by Bill Gates and Cannes Lions Alliance to solve the miserable and unequal situations around the world, and was the first judge of the SDG Pencil category created by the United Nations and One Show. 佐々木 康晴 Yasuharu Sasaki
Chief Creative Officer and Managing Executive Officer, Dentsu Inc., Tokyo CEO, Creative, Dentsu Japan Yasuharu (Yasu, to those who know him) is leading Creative Divisions in Dentsu Tokyo and dentsu Japan with a background in computer science whose curiosity has always found away into writing, digital design, and coding. Although he works in advertising, what inspires him extends well beyond into areas like hybrid arts, digital architecture, game design, and interactive product design. A self-professed ‘Geek,’ Yasu spends time inventing things in the field of next-generation communications. In 1995 Yasu joined Dentsu, where he accomplished advertising’s greatest feat: staying at the same agency for 28 years. With additional stints at IconNicholson, StrawberryFrog and Dentsu America, Yasu has worked on clients such as Coca-Cola, Ezaki Glico, Google, Honda, Kirin Brewery, Shiseido, and Uniqlo. His list of awards includes Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Spikes, AdFest and CLIOs, of which he’s also been a jury member. Sometimes, you’ll find Yasu kayaking anywhere from the rivers of Mongolia to the Hudson in New York. Always, however, he seems to be wearing a cool shirt. |
