身為非營利組織的 4A,除了協助廣告公司於彼此競爭中,達成同行的跨界合作並擴大廣告的市場經營之外,更是一個讓廣告人展現熱情的平台。為了強化會員間之聯誼交流;凝聚整體向心力,每年下半年舉辦的「 4A 籃球友誼賽」,讓會員公司除了創意爆發之外,腎上腺素也是大爆發。會員公司為了備戰 4A 籃球賽,全公司橫跨部門,不分職位,全數自發動員,上場的球員抓緊時間備戰練習,應援同事負責場邊加油,不僅在精神層面鼓舞,也包括糧食飲品的補給。各家公司在球場上也要發揮4A 公司的獨特創意,展現該公司特有的激情與熱情。
As a non-profit organization, the 4A not only supports advertising agencies in fostering cross-industry collaboration amidst competition and expanding the advertising market, but also serves as a platform for advertising professionals to showcase their passion.
To strengthen camaraderie and unity among members, the annual “4A Basketball Tournament” held in the second half of each year ignites not just creative sparks, but also an adrenaline rush. In preparation for the tournament, member companies rally across departments and job titles, mobilizing voluntarily as a unified team. Players train diligently, while colleagues on the sidelines provide spirited support—cheering enthusiastically and offering refreshments to boost morale. On the court, each company is encouraged to unleash its unique creativity, demonstrating the distinct passion and energy that define the 4A spirit.
