Creative Team Taiwan 是4A自2026年起推動的青年創意人才培育與國際交流平台。

透過青年創意競賽、國際賽事培訓、產業教練與歷屆代表隊交流等方式，協助台灣 U30 青年創意人才累積國際競賽經驗、拓展創意視野，持續與世界創意舞台建立連結。

​

4A希望打造的不只是一次競賽，而是一個有個性、有觀點、有歸屬、有傳承的人才平台，讓不同世代的青年創意人彼此交流、共同成長。

​

當更多來自台灣的青年創意人站上國際舞台，我們希望他們不只帶著自己的創意與專業，也能彼此看見、彼此連結，讓世界看見來自台灣的新世代創意力量。

Creative Team Taiwan is a youth creative talent development and international exchange platform initiated by AAAA in 2026.

​

Through creative competitions, international training programs, industry mentorship and connections with past representatives, the platform helps Taiwan's U30 creative talent gain international competition experience, broaden their creative perspectives and build meaningful connections with the global creative community.

More than a competition, Creative Team Taiwan is a growing network where Taiwan's young creatives connect, learn from one another and move forward together.

When more young creatives from Taiwan step onto the global stage, we hope they bring not only their own ideas and expertise, but also a shared creative energy that lets the world see Taiwan's next generation of talent.
