評審標準:聚焦於策略洞察、商務成效、品牌整合、全通路轉化、永續價值與社會影響力,全面檢視作品如何透過精準策略、跨媒體整合與創新行銷思維,創造兼具市場效益與長期品牌價值的卓越成果。

評選機制:由 評審團副主席 楊乃菁 兼任評審長,率領「初選評審團」與「決選評審團」,自 8 月 26 日起,歷經三階段專業且嚴謹的評選程序,選出本屆 17 項年度創意標竿。

評審陣容:集結 4A廣告代理商策略長與執行長、公關產業領袖、永續行銷專家,以及品牌端高階行銷主管共同參與,從市場策略、商業成長、品牌經營、永續發展與企業決策等多元視角,評選最具商業價值、策略深度與社會影響力的傑出作品。

Award Categories: Responsible for judging 12 awards across four categories: H. Commerce, I. Integrated, J. Strategy, and K. Sustainable Marketing.

Judging Criteria: Entries are evaluated on the strength of strategic insight, commercial effectiveness, brand integration, omnichannel conversion, sustainability, and social impact. The jury takes a holistic view of how strategic thinking, integrated communications, and innovative marketing approaches work together to deliver measurable business results, long-term brand value, and meaningful societal impact.

Judging Process: Led by Jury President Jin Yang, who also serves as Jury Chair, the Shortlist Jury and Final Jury undertake a rigorous three-stage judging process beginning on 26 August, culminating in the selection of the year's most outstanding creative work across all 12 awards.

Jury Composition: The jury brings together Chief Strategy Officers and Chief Executive Officers from 4A member agencies, alongside leaders in public relations, sustainability marketing experts, and senior client-side marketing executives. Drawing on diverse perspectives spanning business strategy, commercial growth, brand leadership, sustainability, and executive decision-making, the panel recognizes work that demonstrates outstanding strategic excellence, commercial value, and positive social impact.

楊乃菁現任李奧貝納台灣創意合夥人,擁有超過 25 年創意與品牌傳播經驗。曾任職於華威葛瑞、智威湯遜、達彼思等國際廣告集團,長期服務海尼根、麥當勞、中華航空、中華電信、HCG、Lay's 等國內外知名品牌,以兼具人性洞察與商業思維的創意策略,打造多件兼具市場影響力與文化話題的代表作品。 她曾獲《Campaign Brief Asia》評選為台灣最具影響力創意人之一,作品屢獲 Cannes Lions、LIA、ADFEST、One Asia、MAD Stars 等國際獎項肯定,並多次受邀擔任 Cannes Lions、LIA、ADFEST、ADC、The ANDYs、Effie Greater China 等國際創意獎評審,為台灣最具代表性的創意領袖之一。 Jin Yang is Creative Partner at Leo Taiwan with more than 25 years of experience in creative leadership and brand communications. Having previously held creative roles at Grey, JWT, and Bates, she has partnered with leading brands including Heineken, McDonald's, China Airlines, Chunghwa Telecom, HCG, and Lay's to create work that combines deep human insight with business effectiveness. Ranked among Taiwan's most awarded creatives by Campaign Brief Asia, her work has earned recognition from Cannes Lions, LIA, ADFEST, One Asia, and MAD Stars. Jin has also served as a juror for many of the world's leading creative awards, including Cannes Lions, LIA, ADFEST, ADC, The ANDYs, and Effie Greater China, making her one of Taiwan's most respected creative leaders.

韓國 Paulus 創意長暨合夥人 (CCO & Partner, Paulus)
Thomas Hongtack Kim 現任韓國 Paulus 創意長暨合夥人,同時創辦 Creative Solution Lab「2kg」。曾任三星第一企劃(Cheil Worldwide)創新創意團隊執行創意總監,並於首爾、紐約、北京及上海等地累積豐富國際經驗。 他專注於數位創新、社會設計、永續發展與 CSR 解決方案,長期與聯合國、NGO、企業及學術機構合作推動具社會影響力的創意專案。Thomas 現任 The One Club 國際董事、ADFEST 董事及 4A China 顧問委員,亦曾擔任 Cannes Lions SDG Lions 評審、The One Show SDG Pencil 評審及主席,作品與個人榮獲 Campaign Asia「Creator of the Year」、Big Won 全球十大創意總監等多項國際肯定。 Thomas Hongtack Kim is CCO and Partner at Paulus and founder of the Creative Solution Lab "2kg." 野添剛士為日本創意公司 SIX Inc. 創辦人暨執行長兼創意總監,以融合科技、設計與品牌敘事聞名國際。曾與 Toyota GR、Lexus、Samsung、Suntory Whisky 等全球品牌合作,打造無人機展演、互動裝置、沉浸式空間與 AI 科技等突破傳統媒介的創新體驗。 他領導開發的 COTODAMA Lyric Speaker 已銷售至全球 44 個國家,並於米蘭設計週等國際舞台展出。累積獲得超過 150 項國際創意獎,包括 Cannes Lions、New York Festivals、ADC、LIA、Spikes Asia Grand Prix、iF Design Award 等,持續以創意、科技與實體體驗重新定義品牌與文化的連結。 Takeshi Nozoe is the Founder, CEO, and Executive Creative Director of SIX Inc., a Tokyo-based creative company recognized for blending technology, design, and storytelling into groundbreaking brand experiences. VML Taiwan 首席創意長 (Chief Creative Officer, VML Taiwan)
魯思貞現任 VML Taiwan 首席創意長,曾獲選為台灣年度最佳廣告創意人,同時身兼文案、作家與大學講師。她長年活躍於國際創意舞台,不僅作品屢獲 Cannes Lions、Spikes Asia、ADFEST、LIA、One Show Greater China、Effie Greater China、MAD Stars 等國際獎項肯定,更多次擔任 Cannes Lions、LIA、One Show、Dubai Lynx、Gerety Awards、CICLOPE Asia Pacific、New York Festivals、Kancil Awards 等全球重要創意獎項評審,其中亦曾擔任數位類評審主席。 兼具創作者與評審雙重視角,她持續以創意、文字與文化洞察推動品牌創新與產業發展。 Lulu Lu is Chief Creative Officer at VML Taiwan and was named Taiwan's Best Creative Person in Advertising. A copywriter, author, and university lecturer, she has built an outstanding reputation both as an award-winning creative and an internationally respected juror. Her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, ADFEST, LIA, One Show Greater China, Effie Greater China, and MAD Stars. Lulu has also served on the juries of Cannes Lions, LIA, One Show, Dubai Lynx, Gerety Awards, New York Festivals, CICLOPE Asia Pacific, Kancil Awards, and many other leading global festivals, including serving as Digital Jury Chair. She continues to champion creativity through writing, education, and internationally acclaimed brand work.

衣惠霞 Frances Yi
先勢博報堂集團 執行長 (CEO, Pilot Hakuhodo)
衣惠霞現任先勢博報堂集團執行長,擁有超過二十年的品牌傳播、公關策略與企業管理經驗。加入先勢博報堂前,曾服務於 Motorola、Autodesk、Novell 等國際企業,累積深厚的品牌管理與企業溝通實務。 自 2007 年加入先勢後,歷任總經理、營運長、董事總經理等職務,並於 2023 年出任集團執行長,帶領集團推動組織轉型、數據創新與整合傳播發展。她倡議以「夥伴主義」及「四贏策略」打造客戶、員工、企業與社會共榮的經營模式,榮獲 2025 年「傑出公關經營人」,持續引領台灣公關產業邁向國際化與策略化發展。 Frances Yi is Chief Executive Officer of Pilot Hakuhodo, bringing more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, and corporate leadership. Before joining Pilot Hakuhodo in 2007, she held regional marketing and communications roles at Motorola, Autodesk, and Novell. Since joining the group, she has served as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director, and was appointed CEO in 2023. Frances has led the organization's transformation through integrated communications, data-driven innovation, and strategic business development. Guided by her "Four-Win Strategy" and partnership philosophy, she continues to strengthen the agency's market leadership while advancing Taiwan's public relations industry on the global stage.

施淑芳 Amy Shih
台灣奧美 集團策略長 (Chief Strategy Officer, Ogilvy Taiwan)
施淑芳現任台灣奧美集團策略長,擁有超過二十年的品牌策略與行銷傳播經驗。畢業於政治大學廣告研究所,曾任國泰金控行銷規劃處專案協理,負責數位轉型與新事業策略發展,其餘職涯皆深耕奧美集團,從研究員一路成為策略合夥人。 她長期專注於消費者洞察、品牌策略、數據應用及企業轉型,服務品牌包括全聯、國泰金控、IKEA、Volkswagen、Samsung、momo、英業達等。近年更取得永續管理師資格,積極推動品牌永續、企業使命與雇主品牌策略,持續引領品牌在商業成長與社會價值間取得平衡。 Amy Shih is Chief Strategy Officer at Ogilvy Taiwan with more than two decades of experience in brand strategy and marketing communications. A graduate of National Chengchi University, she previously led digital transformation and new business strategy at Cathay Financial Holdings before returning to Ogilvy, where she advanced from researcher to Strategy Partner. Amy specializes in consumer insight, brand strategy, data-driven planning, and business transformation. Her portfolio includes PX Mart, Cathay Financial Holdings, IKEA, Volkswagen, Samsung, momo, and Inventec. Certified in sustainability management, she is committed to helping brands integrate commercial growth with purpose-driven and sustainable business strategies.

陳侑均現任雪芃廣告集團營運長暨策略長,擁有豐富的品牌策略、整合行銷與商業成長規劃經驗,長期擔任企業最重要的策略夥伴。服務品牌涵蓋 LUXGEN、NISSAN、104 人力銀行、昇恆昌、HSBC、統一、YAMAHA、華為等知名企業,橫跨汽車、金融、消費品與公共事務等領域。 他帶領團隊屢獲龍璽創意獎、4A 創意獎、金鼠標、ADFEST、LIA China、Effie Greater China、時報金像獎等國內外重要獎項肯定,並曾擔任龍璽創意獎大評審團、Young Spikes Taiwan 評審,以及多所大學講師,持續推動策略思維與創意教育的交流。 Eugene Chen is Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at SHAPE Advertising, with extensive experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and business growth. 蘇筱駗現任家樂福永續長暨家樂福文教基金會執行長,擁有豐富的品牌行銷、零售管理與企業永續實務經驗。她歷經品牌行銷、公關、企業社會責任及基金會等多元領域,長期推動責任消費、食物轉型、循環經濟、動物福利及在地共好等永續倡議,致力於將企業影響力延伸至社會與環境。 憑藉深厚的市場洞察與人文關懷,她積極促成跨產業合作,帶領家樂福成為台灣永續零售的重要推動者,並榮獲 2023 亞太傑出永續長獎,持續實踐兼具商業價值與社會影響力的永續創新。 Marilyn Su is Chief Sustainability Officer of Carrefour Taiwan and CEO of the Carrefour Foundation. With an extensive background in brand marketing, retail management, corporate communications, and sustainability, she has played a pivotal role in advancing responsible consumption, food transformation, the circular economy, animal welfare, and community engagement initiatives. Combining strong consumer insight with a deep commitment to social impact, Marilyn has fostered cross-sector partnerships that position Carrefour as a leader in sustainable retail in Taiwan.
