評審標準:聚焦於品牌設計美學、互動體驗、參與機制、娛樂創新、科技應用與使用者體驗,全面檢視作品如何透過設計思維、媒體特性與創新技術,創造具影響力的品牌體驗。

評選機制:由 評審團副主席 蔣依潔 兼任評審長,率領「初選評審團」與「決選評審團」,自 8 月 26 日起,歷經三階段專業且嚴謹的評選程序,選出本屆 17 項年度創意標竿。

評審陣容:集結 4A廣告代理商代表、設計領域領袖,並跨界邀請 社群行銷、體驗設計、互動策展、創新科技等專家共同參與,以設計思維、人本體驗與科技創新的多元視角,評選最具創新價值與品牌影響力的傑出作品。

Award Categories: Responsible for judging 17 awards across four categories: D. Design, E. Engagement & Experience, F. Entertainment, and G. Innovation & Technology.

Judging Criteria: Entries are evaluated on excellence in brand design, interactive experiences, engagement, entertainment innovation, technological application, and user experience, with a holistic assessment of how effectively design thinking, media capabilities, and innovative technologies are brought together to create impactful brand experiences.

Judging Process: Led by Jury President EJ Chiang, who also serves as Jury Chair, the Shortlist Jury and Final Jury undertake a rigorous three-stage judging process beginning on 26 August, culminating in the selection of the year's most outstanding creative work across all 17 awards.

Jury Composition: The jury brings together representatives from 4A member agencies and leading figures from the design industry, alongside cross-disciplinary experts in social marketing, experience design, interactive curation, and innovation technology. Drawing on diverse perspectives rooted in design thinking, human-center experiences, and technological innovation, the panel recognizes work that demonstrates outstanding innovation, creativity, and brand impact.

蔣依潔 EJ Chiang
台灣奧美 執行創意總監暨社群總指導 (Executive Creative Director & Head of Social, Ogilvy Taiwan)
蔣依潔(EJ Chiang)現任台灣奧美執行創意總監暨社群總指導,擁有策略、創意與數位整合的跨域背景。2015 年創立奧美社群創意團隊 ContenTable,帶領品牌從社群文化出發,將商業命題轉化為具話題性與文化影響力的品牌溝通。 代表作品包括全聯福利中心、IKEA《百元商店》、NIKE《不客氣了》、礁溪老爺酒店《老爺式成年禮》與《天后休假中》、國泰世華銀行《趴樹變多》等。作品屢獲 Cannes Lions、D&AD、The One Show、Spikes Asia 等國際獎項肯定,並多次擔任 Cannes Lions、D&AD、The One Show、4A 創意獎及時報金像獎等國內外重要獎項評審。 她持續探索品牌、社群與新科技之間的創意可能,致力打造兼具商業成效與文化影響力的品牌體驗。 EJ Chiang is Executive Creative Director & Head of Social at Ogilvy Taiwan, bringing together expertise in strategy, creativity and digital communications. In 2015, she founded ContenTable, Ogilvy Taiwan's dedicated social creative team, helping brands transform business challenges into culturally resonant conversations. Her portfolio includes acclaimed campaigns for PX Mart, IKEA, NIKE, Hotel Royal Chiaohsi and Cathay United Bank. Her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show and Spikes Asia. EJ has also served as a juror for Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, the Taiwan 4A Creative Awards and other leading creative competitions. Passionate about the intersection of brands, communities and emerging technologies, she continues to create work that delivers both commercial effectiveness and cultural relevance.

Kazuhiro Shimura
日本電通 執行創意總監 (Executive Creative Director, Dentsu Inc.)
志村和広(Kazuhiro Shimura)現任日本電通執行創意總監,帶領 Future Creative Center 推動跨領域創新,結合創意、設計、AI、科技、資料與商業策略,打造兼具社會價值與商業影響力的創新方案。 擁有生物科技背景,曾參與 Toyota 未來移動團隊,投入 i-ROAD 三輪電動車與新世代移動服務開發。近年專注於 AI 創新,主導開發全球首套 AI 鮪魚品質判定系統「TUNA SCOPE」,協助日本政府與全球產業解決水產供應鏈問題。作品曾榮獲 Cannes Lions、D&AD、The One Show、Clio、LIA、Spikes Asia 與 ADFEST 等國際大獎,並擔任 Cannes Lions、D&AD、The One Show、Spikes Asia、ADFEST 等重要國際獎項評審。 2026 年更擔任 Cannes Lions Innovation Jury President,為全球創意科技領域的重要代表人物。 Kazuhiro Shimura is Executive Creative Director at Dentsu Inc., where he leads multidisciplinary innovation at the Future Creative Center. Combining creativity, design, AI, technology, data and business strategy, he develops solutions that address complex societal challenges while creating lasting business value. With an academic background in biotechnology, he previously contributed to Toyota's mobility innovation team, working on the i-ROAD electric vehicle and future mobility services. More recently, he led the development of TUNA SCOPE, the world's first AI-powered tuna quality assessment system, created in collaboration with the Japanese government and global industry partners. His work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, LIA, Spikes Asia and ADFEST. He has served on numerous international juries, including as Jury President for the Innovation Lions at Cannes Lions 2026, making him one of Asia's leading voices in creative technology and innovation.

陳永基 Leslie Chan
陳永基設計 創辦人暨創意總監 (Founder & Creative Director, LC Design)
陳永基(Leslie Chan)為陳永基設計創辦人暨創意總監,長期致力於品牌識別、平面設計與視覺傳達,是台灣最具代表性的設計師之一,也是推動台灣平面設計發展的重要人物。創作橫跨品牌設計、出版、文化與公共藝術等領域,至今已榮獲超過五百項國內外設計獎項,包括 Red Dot Grand Prix、Red Dot Best of the Best、大中華傑出設計師獎等重要榮譽。 曾受邀擔任 London International Awards(LIA)、The One Show Greater China、ADFEST、LongXi Awards、iF Design Award 等國際設計與創意競賽評審,以深厚的設計素養與國際視野,持續影響華文設計產業的發展。 Leslie Chan is Founder and Creative Director of LC Design and one of Taiwan's most influential graphic designers. His work spans brand identity, visual communication, publishing and cultural design, earning him more than 500 international design awards throughout his career, including the Red Dot Grand Prix, Red Dot Best of the Best and the Outstanding Greater China Designer Award. Beyond his creative achievements, Leslie has played a significant role in advancing Taiwan's design industry and has served as a juror for leading international competitions including the London International Awards (LIA), The One Show Greater China, ADFEST, LongXi Awards and the iF Design Award. His work is widely recognized for combining refined aesthetics with strategic thinking and cultural insight.

李惠穎 Vicky Lee
米蘭營銷策劃 執行創意總監 (Executive Creative Director, Medialand Digital Strategy)
李惠穎(Vicky Lee)現任米蘭營銷策劃執行創意總監,畢業於紐約 Parsons School of Design,近二十年來深耕品牌策略、設計與整合創意,橫跨多元產業,擁有豐富的數位整合行銷經驗。 自 2009 年加入米蘭後,由設計師一路晉升至執行創意總監,並積極打造開放、透明且鼓勵創新的創意文化,培育新世代創意人才。在她帶領下,團隊屢獲 LIA、One Show Asia、MAD STARS、4A 創意獎等國際與國內重要獎項,並曾為 Coca-Cola 奪下 Greater China Effie Awards Grand Effie。 她亦多次受邀擔任國際創意競賽評審,持續推動台灣創意於國際舞台發光發熱。 Vicky Lee is Executive Creative Director at Medialand Digital Strategy. A graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York, she has nearly two decades of experience spanning brand strategy, design and integrated digital creativity across diverse industries. Since joining Medialand in 2009, she has risen from designer to Executive Creative Director while fostering an open, collaborative culture that empowers emerging creative talent. Under her leadership, the agency has received major recognition at LIA, One Show Asia, MAD STARS and the Taiwan 4A Creative Awards, including a Grand Effie Greater China for Coca-Cola. Vicky is also a frequent jury member for international creative awards and is committed to elevating Taiwanese creativity on the global stage.

黃天敏 Bryan Huang
艾斯傳媒 執行創意總監 (Executive Creative Director, ACE Communications)
黃天敏(Bryan Huang)現任艾斯傳媒執行創意總監,擁有超過二十年的廣告創意與品牌傳播經驗,擅長結合策略思維、創意表現與商業洞察,打造兼具市場效益與社會影響力的品牌作品。 他協助艾斯傳媒於 2024 年獲得台灣最年輕「年度風雲廣告代理商」殊榮,並長期帶領團隊於國內外重要創意競賽屢創佳績。其作品曾榮獲 One Show、D&AD、ADFEST、AD STARS、London Chinese Advertising Awards、LongXi Awards、時報華文廣告獎及 4A 創意獎等國際獎項肯定。 他始終相信,真正的創意不只是傳遞訊息,更應解決品牌與市場的挑戰,並為企業與社會創造長遠價值。 Bryan Huang is Executive Creative Director at ACE Communications, bringing more than 20 years of experience in advertising and brand communications. He specializes in combining strategic thinking, creative excellence and commercial insight to develop ideas that generate both business results and social impact. Under his creative leadership, ACE Communications was named Taiwan's youngest Agency of the Year in 2024. His work has been recognized by leading international and regional competitions, including The One Show, D&AD, ADFEST, AD STARS, the London Chinese Advertising Awards, LongXi Awards, the Times Awards and the Taiwan 4A Creative Awards. Bryan believes that outstanding creativity should go beyond communication to solve real business challenges and create lasting value for brands and society.

李宗柱 Lee Lee
夢之怪物 創辦人暨創意總監 (Founder & Creative Director, DREAM'S MONSTER)
李宗柱(Lee Lee)為夢之怪物共同創辦人暨創意總監,廣告創作歷程橫跨美術、製作、文案、設計與創意領導,擁有豐富且多元的實務經驗。自學生時期即投入 4A 廣告代理商,歷經文案、創意總監等不同角色,累積深厚的品牌溝通與影像敘事能力。 2012 年與夥伴共同創立夢之怪物,以「Believe in Trying」為核心理念,持續挑戰創意邊界,打造兼具情感張力、文化觀點與商業價值的品牌作品。其作品多次獲得國內外創意獎項肯定,並以獨特的敘事風格與視覺美學,成為台灣新世代創意團隊的重要代表之一。 Lee Lee is Founder and Creative Director of DREAM'S MONSTER. His creative journey spans art, production, copywriting, design and creative leadership, giving him a distinctive multidisciplinary perspective on brand communications. Beginning his career at a 4A agency while still a university student, he has developed extensive expertise in storytelling and visual expression through a wide range of creative roles. In 2012, he co-founded DREAM'S MONSTER with the belief that "Believe in Trying" is the driving force behind meaningful creativity. His work is recognized for its emotional storytelling, strong visual identity and cultural relevance, earning numerous industry accolades and establishing the agency as one of Taiwan's leading independent creative studios.

周宥惠 Vivien Chou
安索帕 執行創意總監 (Executive Creative Director, ISOBAR Taiwan)
周宥惠(Vivien Chou)現任 Isobar Taiwan 執行創意總監,自 2021 年加入團隊以來,持續帶領 Isobar 突破創意邊界,推動品牌透過數位科技、娛樂內容與體驗設計創造深具文化影響力的作品。她帶領團隊榮獲 Taiwan Agency of the Year 2023、Digital Agency of the Year 2024,並於 Cannes Lions、Clio Awards、Spikes Asia、One Show 等國際競賽屢創佳績,包括為台灣贏得首屆 Cannes Lions Entertainment for Gaming Bronze Lion,以及 Clio Awards Gold。 Vivien 亦多次受邀擔任 Cannes Lions、D&AD、One Show Asia、LIA、ADFEST、Effie Awards 等國際獎項評審,長期投入培育創意人才,並致力提升台灣創意在全球舞台的影響力。 Vivien Chou is Executive Creative Director at ISOBAR Taiwan. Since joining the agency in 2021, she has led the team in expanding the boundaries of creativity through digital innovation, entertainment and immersive brand experiences. Under her creative leadership, ISOBAR was named Taiwan Agency of the Year 2023 and Digital Agency of the Year 2024, while earning international recognition at Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, Spikes Asia and The One Show. Her achievements include Taiwan's first Bronze Lion in the Entertainment for Gaming category at Cannes Lions and a Gold Award at the Clio Awards. Vivien has also served as a juror for Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show Asia, LIA, ADFEST and the Effie Awards, and remains dedicated to nurturing creative talent and strengthening Taiwan's presence on the global creative stage.

李根在 Ken-Tsai Lee
國立臺灣科技大學設計系 副教授 (Associate Professor, Department of Design, NTUST)
李根在(Ken-Tsai Lee)現任國立臺灣科技大學設計系副教授,同時主持李根在設計研究室,長期投入設計教育、策展、跨域創作與當代藝術研究,致力於透過設計回應社會議題,拓展設計的文化與公共影響力。 他活躍於國際設計界,曾受邀於 Type Directors Club、The One Club、Bauhaus University、AgIdeas 等國際設計組織與知名大學演講,作品與設計理念亦廣受 D&AD、Communication Arts、UNESCO、Page Magazine 等國際媒體關注。此外,他多次擔任 D&AD、iF Design Award、Communication Arts、New York Advertising Awards 等國際競賽評審,並曾擔任倫敦華文創意獎設計類評審團主席,在設計教育與國際交流領域深具影響力。 Ken-Tsai Lee is Associate Professor in the Department of Design at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and Director of the Ken-Tsai Lee Design Laboratory. His practice spans design education, curation, interdisciplinary creativity and contemporary art, with a strong focus on using design to engage social issues and expand its cultural impact. Internationally active, he has been invited to lecture at the Type Directors Club, The One Club, Bauhaus University, AgIdeas and numerous leading universities and design festivals worldwide. His work has been featured by D&AD, UNESCO, Communication Arts and Page Magazine. He has also served as a juror for D&AD, the iF Design Award, Communication Arts, the New York Advertising Awards and many other prestigious international competitions.

黃亮崢 James Huang
數位時代 創新長 (Chief Innovation Officer, Business Next)
黃亮崢(James Huang)現任《數位時代》創新長兼技術主編,擁有工程技術、媒體內容與科技產業研究的跨域背景,是台灣長期關注 AI 與新創生態的重要觀察者。曾參與 PTT 創站、帶領工程團隊,後投入科技媒體,累積近千場創業者、投資人與產業領袖深度專訪,並主持《數位關鍵字》Podcast,持續解析全球科技與 AI 發展趨勢。 近年統籌「臺灣 AI 大賞」等重要研究計畫,深入研究全球 AI 產業、模型技術與創新應用,並多次前往 NVIDIA GTC、MIT、Facebook F8 等國際科技盛會進行現場採訪與報導,致力於串聯技術、商業與內容,推動台灣 AI 與創新產業的發展。 James Huang is Chief Innovation Officer and Technical Editor at Business Next, with a unique background spanning software engineering, technology journalism and innovation research. A longtime observer of Taiwan's startup ecosystem and AI industry, he previously contributed to the early development of PTT before leading engineering teams and transitioning into technology media. Over the past decade, he has conducted nearly a thousand in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders, while hosting the widely followed Digital Keywords podcast. He also leads major initiatives including the Taiwan AI Awards and extensive AI industry research, and has reported from global technology events such as NVIDIA GTC, Facebook F8 and MIT innovation programs. His work bridges technology, business and media, helping audiences better understand the rapidly evolving world of AI and digital innovation.
